Traditional cut in the open field or more modern cultivation in soil-less, organic or conventional production, strawberries cover the soils of the Cher Valley with red in spring.
In this destination with a thousand flavors, some forty producers on some thirty farms produce strawberries and market more than 2,000 tonnes each year.
